Breakfast. All day Sightseeing in Almaty: We visit the Panfilov Park that is noteworthy for its beautiful and bright cathedral. This is the Zenkov cathedral, one of the few czarists - era buildings to survive the 1911 earthquake. The cathedral is built entirely by wood and without nails!
In the park we also see the War Memorial and visit the National Musical Instruments Museum. Continue sightseeing tour at Zelonniy Bazar (Green Bazaar), the Abay State Opera and Ballet Theatre, Central Museum with Ethnographic and Archaeological departments and we will see the Independence Monument in Republic Square, Central mosque.
Evening transfer to the railway station to catch your train to Taraz.

Upon arrival to the city, we start our City tour. On the way to Aksu Djabagly Natural Park we visit beautiful mausoleums of Aisha Bibi and Babadja Khatum.
The AishaBibi is an 11th or 12th-century mausoleum for a noble woman located in the village of Aisha Bibi,18 kmwest of Taraz, Kazakhstan on the Silk Road. It is locally famous as a monument to love and faithfulness.
Today we spend exploring Aksu Djabagly Reserve area located in the west Tien Shan region.
Situated at a biological crossroads, the West Tien Shan in Central Asia, the westernmost range of the great Himalaya chain, is species rich with, some 3,000 recorded species of flora and fauna. The region covers a range of climatic conditions from sub-tropical to tundra and glaciers, from semi-arid steppe to snow covered peaks. The mountains harbor unique stands of walnut (Juglans regia) forest, wild ancestors of cultivated fruit-bearing species such as apple, pear, pistachio, and almond, as well as medicinal plants and endemic flowers and species of tulip and crocus. Rare and threatened animals include the snow leopard (Uncia uncia), argali (Ovis ammon), and Himalayan griffon vulture (Gyps himalayensis).

In the morning we set off to Turkistan. On the way we make several stops – in Sairam village, Chimkent city and in Otrar ruins.
Excursion to Sairam village (ancient name of Isfidzhab town) (20 kmfrom Chimkent)). Sairam (the ancient city of Isfidzhab ) is Mohammed Jassavi's native land, its parents Ibragim-Ata and Karashash-Apa here are buried, in city it is a lot of mausoleums, mazars, ancient and modern.
Chimkent is an industrial city where we visit Victory Square and Regional Museum.
In the afternoon we visit the museum in Schaulder village, dedicated to settlement at Otrar and then we drive to the ruins of Otrar settlement.
It was first excavated in 1969. Remains were found of some brick structures, including a palace, mosque, a bathhouse and ovens. Otrar or Utrar (also called Farab) is a Central Asian ghost town that was a city located along the Silk Road near the current town of Karatau in Kazakhstan. Otrar was an important town in the history of Central Asia, situated on the borders of settled and agricultural civilizations. It was the center of a great oasis and political district, commanding a key point connecting Kazakhstan with China, Europe, Near and Middle East, Siberia and Ural.
Further drive to Turkistan. Dinner and overnight in a hotel.
Turkistan – Almaty
In the morning we visit Mausoleum of Khodzha Akhmed Yassawi– the poet, thinker, preacher, and head of the Yasaviya Sufi order – died in 1166 or 1167 and was buried in Yassy in the mazar (the name given to the tomb of a revered Muslim) which had been built for him. The mazar became a sacred place, a focus of pilgrimage and worship. We visit his underground mosque and oriental hamam (sauna). Several smaller museums, dedicated to this historical complex. We visit the State history Museum.
Afternoon transfer to the railway station. Lunch in train.
Transfer to Almaty all the night.

Lunch in a local restaurant.
After lunch we drive to Medeo world famous skating rink and high mountain dam to protect the valley from mud slide situated in a mountain gorge near the city. En route information about flora and fauna of the park, Tien Shan (Alatau) mountains.
We may go on a hiking tour upstairs to the top of the dam to enjoy the view of northern Tien Shan Mountains and Medeo valley.
Optionally: It is possible to take the funicular to reach Chymbulak ski resort and enjoy the views of Tien Shan mountains from bird view height.
After the excursion we return to the hotel.
Dinner in a local café. Overnight in a hotel in Almaty.
In the morning you will be transferred to the airport to catch you flight back home.
